Ingredients

  • 2 cups wild rice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups boiling water or chix broth

Directions

Preheat oven to 500°. In oven proof pan, combine all ingredients and cover. Turn off oven. In 8 hours, remove from oven and fluff with fork. Or put it in before bed and fluff in the morning!
