Ingredients
- ½ pound ground beef
- ½ pound bulk sweet Italian sausage
- 16 ounces marinara sauce
- 4.5 ounces can sliced mushrooms
- 14.5 ounces Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
- 9 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Cook and crumble the meats in a large skillet. Drain. Combine the meats, marinara sauce, mushrooms, and tomatoes in a slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Stir in tortellini, and sprinkle the cheeses on the top. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the pasta is tender. |
