Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 12 ounces canned black beans
  • 12 ounces Rotel tomatoes with gr. chiles
  • 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Press cream cheese firmly in an oven safe dish. Mix tomatoes and beans together, drain off excess juice. Spread over cream cheese. Top with cheese. Bake at 300° for approximately 30 minutes. Serve with chips.
