Ingredients

  • 1 pound shell pasta, cooked
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Directions

Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Add garlic for seconds. Add taco seasoning and salsa, reduce to low.
In saucepan over medium-high heat, add cream cheese, milk, and sour cream. Stir to combine. Cook until cheese is melted and it is thick and bubbly. Add shredded cheese.
Add cheese sauce and ground beef together. Gently toss in pasta. Can serve with extra salsa and sour cream.
