Ingredients
- 1 ½ tablespoons gelatin
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups crushed pineapple-drained
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cherry juice
- 12 marschario cherries-chopped
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- ½ pint whip cream
Directions
Dissolve the gelatin and water. Heat sugar and pineapple, add gelatin mixture and cool. Mash the softened cream cheese and add lemon and cherry juice. Once smooth, add remaining ingredients and add to pineapple mixture. Whip the cream and fold into mixture, pour into dish and chill. |
