Ingredients
- ¾ cup burghul wheat
- 2 bunches parsley, chopped
- 1 cup mint, finely chopped
- 1 large bunch green onions, chopped
- 2-3 teaspoons salt
- dash pepper
- ½-⅔ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup oil
- 3-4 medium tomatoes, chopped
Directions
Soak burghul wheat in water for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Chill at least one hour. |
