Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 16 oz frozen corn-thawed and drained
  • 1 avocado-chopped
  • 6-7 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 2-3 jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro-loosely packed, chopped
  • ½ lime juice
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Serve with chips
