Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 16 oz frozen corn-thawed and drained
- 1 avocado-chopped
- 6-7 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2-3 jalapenos, chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro-loosely packed, chopped
- ½ lime juice
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
