Ingredients

  • 6 roma tomatoes, large dice
  • 1 small cucumber, seeded/large dice
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, thin strips
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
