- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 4 tablespoons paparika
- yellow mustard
Directions
Mix all spices, rub the ribs. (remove white membrane if needed). Sprinkle with mustard and smoke at 225° for five hours. Serve with BBQ sauce. |
