Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Turbinado sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons chili powder
  • 4 tablespoons paparika
  • yellow mustard

Directions

Mix all spices, rub the ribs. (remove white membrane if needed). Sprinkle with mustard and smoke at 225° for five hours. Serve with BBQ sauce.
