Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoons gr. cardamon
- 1 ½ teaspoons gr. cinnamon
Directions
Combine all and rub on both sides of the ribs. Rap in plastic rap and chill up to 8 hours. |
