Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons gr. cardamon
  • 1 ½ teaspoons gr. cinnamon

Directions

Combine all and rub on both sides of the ribs. Rap in plastic rap and chill up to 8 hours.
