Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
  • 5 cups raw rhubarb, finely chopped
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2+ cups heavy cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Make cake according to directions. Pour into ungreased 9x 13 pan. Toss rhubarb and sugar together, stirring well. Spoon over cake. Shake cake pan side to side until rhubarb settles. Bake for one hour. Serve upside down and top with whipped cream.
