Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup finely chopped rhubarb
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon flour
  • ½ tablespoon butter-soft

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and beat. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients. Stir in rhubarb. Place in a greased 9x9 pan. Bake 18-28 minutes.
