Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup finely chopped rhubarb
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ tablespoon flour
- ½ tablespoon butter-soft
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and beat. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients. Stir in rhubarb. Place in a greased 9x9 pan. Bake 18-28 minutes. |
