Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 16 ounces sauerkraut
  • medium onion, chopped
  • 4 ounces shaved corned beef
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, heat in the oven until hot and bubbly. Serve with cocktail rye bread.
