Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 shallots-chopped
  • 2 large garlic minced
  • ½ pound sweet Italian sausage
  • ½ pound hot Italian sausage
  • 1 cup whip cream
  • 2 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dry sage

Directions

Heat oil in skillet, add shallots and garlic, saute for 3 minutes. Add sausages, cook for 5 minutes. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and safe, simmer for additional 15 minutes. Serve over pasta and top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
