Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 shallots-chopped
- 2 large garlic minced
- ½ pound sweet Italian sausage
- ½ pound hot Italian sausage
- 1 cup whip cream
- 2 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon dry sage
Directions
Heat oil in skillet, add shallots and garlic, saute for 3 minutes. Add sausages, cook for 5 minutes. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and safe, simmer for additional 15 minutes. Serve over pasta and top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. |
