Ingredients
- 4 baking potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup green onions
Directions
Brush both sides of potato rounds with butter, and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 30-40 minutes, turning once. Add bacon and cheese and bake until melted. Top with onions. |
