Ingredients

  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup White wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2.5 pounds russet potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch planks
  • Olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ cup Green onions

Directions

In a bowl, put potatoes and sprinkle with a small amount of olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill in foil or broil potatoes until tender. Cut potatoes into chunks.

Whisk together oil, vinegar, sour cream, mustard, and sugar together in a bowl.

Toss the potatoes with the above dressing. Sprinkle with green onions.
