Ingredients
- ½ cup water heated to 105-110°
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
1. Dissolve the yeast in water and let stand for 5 minutes. |
2. In processor add flour and salt. Process and add oil. Through the shoot, add the yeast mixture and run until a ball forms. |
3. Knead one minute and put into a bowl that is oiled. Cover and let set for one hour. Punch down and divide into two pieces. |
4. Roll thinly and place on an oven stone that has been in the oven for 30 minutes at 450°. When cooking the pizza, sprinkle the stone with cornmeal and place on the bottom rack of the oven. |
