Ingredients

  • ½ cup water heated to 105-110°
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1. Dissolve the yeast in water and let stand for 5 minutes.
2. In processor add flour and salt. Process and add oil. Through the shoot, add the yeast mixture and run until a ball forms.
3. Knead one minute and put into a bowl that is oiled. Cover and let set for one hour. Punch down and divide into two pieces.
4. Roll thinly and place on an oven stone that has been in the oven for 30 minutes at 450°. When cooking the pizza, sprinkle the stone with cornmeal and place on the bottom rack of the oven.
