Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • ¾ cup water, 110°
  • 1 ¾ cups flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 3 ½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Makes one pizza crust. Combine yeast, sugar and water. Let stand 8 minutes. In food processor add flour and salt. Pour in yeast mixture through the shoot. Mix under ball is formed. If not using immediately, spray a bowl with cooking spray, add dough and cover under ready to use. Punch down and roll out.
