Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups bread flour
  • ¾ cup warm water 110-115
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons yeast
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

In processor-add flour, sugar and salt. Mix yeast, water and oil. Add through hole and mix until a ball. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours-warm to room temp. Roll very thin, adding flour to prevent sticking. Prick the dough, and bake 4 minutes before adding the ingredients.
