Ingredients

  • 1 large red onion, cut in strips
  • 2-3 habanero peppers, cut in strips
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup lime juice
  • ¾ cup vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Directions

Boil together all except the onion and habenro. Cool, add the remaining. Refrigerate
