Ingredients

  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs-beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

1. In a large bowl, stir together flour and salt. Add the beaten egg, milk, and butter. Use a dough hook on your mixer or my hand, knead until smooth. (about 5 minutes) Let rest in a covered bowl for 10 minutes.
2. ON a floured surface, roll out to 1/8-1/4 inch thickness. Cut into desired lengths.
3. Allow to air dry before cooking.
4. Cook in a large pot of boiling water until al dente or drop into your chicken broth.
