Ingredients
- 4 ears sweet corn-shucked , and halfed
- 2 Tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt to taste
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Wrap each piece of corn in foil. Grill wrapped corn, covered for 10 minutes. Remove corn from grill and unwrap. Whisk together butter, paprika, lemon juice and salt in large bowl. Add corn to bowl and toss. |
