Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced 1/2 " thick, drizzled with oil and seasoned with salt
  • 3 cups shredded fontina cheese, (1/2 pound)
  • 2 cups seeded and diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni

Directions

1. Preheat broiler to high with rack 6 inches from the heating element.
2. Broil baguette slices on a baking sheet on both sides until golden, 2-3 minutes. (Make sure oil was on both sides)
3. Sprinkle with the cheese and broil to melt, 3-4 minutes. Top with tomatoes and peppers.
