Ingredients
- 1 package lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 large Carnation Milk
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup butter
Directions
1. Chill milk and whip until fluffy. Dissolve gelatin in water. Chill until slightly thick. Cream together cheese sugar and vanilla. Add gelatin and blend well. Fold in stiff milk. |
2. For crust: |
3. Mix together crumbs and butter. Press 2/3''s of the mixture in a plastic 9x13 pan. Pour in mixture and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. |
4. Chill a couple hours before serving. |
