Ingredients
- ½ cup mint leaves, rougly chopped
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 cup white rum
- ½ cup fresh lim juice
- club soda-chilled
- lime wedges
- crushed ice
- fresh mint sprigs
Directions
Muddle chopped mint and sugar together in a pitcher. Add rum and lime juice and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Strain into 4 tall glasses. Finish each drink with ice, then top with club soda. Garnish with wedge and mint sprigs. |
