Ingredients

  • ½ cup mint leaves, rougly chopped
  • cup sugar
  • 1 cup white rum
  • ½ cup fresh lim juice
  • club soda-chilled
  • lime wedges
  • crushed ice
  • fresh mint sprigs

Directions

Muddle chopped mint and sugar together in a pitcher. Add rum and lime juice and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Strain into 4 tall glasses.
Finish each drink with ice, then top with club soda. Garnish with wedge and mint sprigs.
