Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon oil of peppermint
  • 1 ⅔ cups powdered sugar
  • food coloring
  • small rubber molds

Directions

Mash cheese with fork-add powdered sugar and flavoring. Divide and add food coloring as desired. Makes about 50 minutes. This recipe can be doubled or more. Press into rubber molds that have been dusted with granular sugar. Unmold onto wax paper. Can be frozen for future use. The molds are about the size of a 1/2 dollar. When I bought my molds, they would come on a sheet of six and you cut them apart. That way many people can make them.
