Ingredients

  • ¾ cup butter , DIVIDED
  • 16 ounces Oreo cookies
  • 8 cups mint choc chip ice cream, softened
  • 1.5 cups milk choc chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup evaporated milk
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
  • chocolate syrup
  • green & red sprinkles

Directions

In microwave, melt 1/2 cup butter. Stir in cookies crumbs. Press into 13x9 pan. Freeze for 30 minutes. Spread ice cream over crust. Freeze until firm.
In pan, combine chips, sugar, milk, and remaining butter. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Cook and stir 3-5 minutes, or until thickened. Cool to room temp. Spread over ice cream until firm.
Spread Cool Whip over last layer. Cover and freeze overnight.
Remove from freezer 15-20 minutes before serving. Drizzle with syrup and top with sprinkles.
