Ingredients

  • 1 16.5 refrigerated sugar cookie dough, ounces
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ⅓ cups Andes cr.de menthe baking chips
  • green candy coating disks
  • sprinkles

Directions

Let the cookie dough sit at room temperature for 5 minutes. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add egg and cookie dough, beat until combined. Mix in the chips. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet by tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350° for 9-12 minutes. Cool 2 minutes and then remove to a wire rack. Melt candy coating and use pastry bag. Decorate cookies and add sprinkles.
