Ingredients

  • ½ pound ground pork sauage
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ pound fresh jalapeño chilies, halved and seeded
  • ranch dressing for dipping

Directions

Brown sausage, drain.
In a mixing bowl, mix sausage, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Spoon one tablespoon of mixture into the halved jalapeno. Put on cookie sheet and bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing.
