Ingredients
- ½ pound ground pork sauage
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ pound fresh jalapeño chilies, halved and seeded
- ranch dressing for dipping
Directions
Brown sausage, drain. In a mixing bowl, mix sausage, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Spoon one tablespoon of mixture into the halved jalapeno. Put on cookie sheet and bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing. |
