Ingredients

  • black berry jello
  • 8 ounces boiling water
  • 8 ounces Vodka
  • Maraschino cherries
  • hard shell topping for ice cream

Directions

Boil water. Mix together jello and water. Cool in a double bowl-lower bowl filled with ice water. Add vodka. Put one cherry in each shot glass. Pour over jello mixture. Cool. Before serving, cover the top of the jello with the shell. Freeze for 2 minutes to harden shell. Enjoy!
