Ingredients
- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Juice of lemon, 2-3 tablespoons
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon dried tarragon
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup vegetable broth
Directions
Place all ingredients, except the broth, in a blender or processor and process until smooth. Add the broth a tablespoon at a time until it is soft and spreadable. Serve with warmed pita bread. |
