Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups chickpeas, drained, reserve liquid
  • 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt
  • cup tahini
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons liquid from chickpeas
  • 8 hot sauce, dashes

Directions

Minced garlic and add all ingredients in processor. Serve chilled.
