Ingredients

  • 30 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • ¾ cup tahini paste
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh cilanatro, packed and chopped
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
