Ingredients
- 30 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- ¾ cup tahini paste
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh cilanatro, packed and chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. |
