Ingredients

  • 2 cans garbanzo beans, drained
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ½ cup EVOO
  • 2 juice of lemons
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • dash of pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

Process all ingredients until smooth. Add a bit of water if too thick.
