Ingredients
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- ½ cup butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 cups sugar
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Over low heat, melt together chocolate and butter. Add sugar 1/2 cup at a time. Gradually add milk and stir over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool and refrigerate. |
