Ingredients

  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 10 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Over low heat, melt chocolate and butter. Add sugar and milk. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until thickens. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Refrigerate.
