Ingredients

  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Over very low heat, melt chocolate in saucepan. Once melted, add sugar, salt and butter and stir until smooth. Slowly add cream, stir constantly over low heat until smooth, approximately 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and add vanilla. Store in refrigerator.
