Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1.5 cups parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4-5 egg
- 1 large can of tomatoes puree
- 30 ounces tomato sauce
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 15 ounces water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon basil-dry
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Directions
1. Mix together and form into patties. bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
2. mix sauce ingredients together cook until completely heated. put cooked dago patties into large crock pot and cover with the hot dago sauce, serve with buns or sliced Italian bread. Can top with a slice of mozzarella cheese. |
