Ingredients
- ⅓ cup whipping cream
- 8 ounces semisweet baking chocolate, chopped
- ⅓ cup soft butter
- unsweetened cocoa
Directions
In saucepan, combine whip cream, chocolate and cook over low heat, stir occasionally for 7-9 minutes or until chocolate melts. Remove from heat, add butter. Cover and refrigerate two hours. Dust hands with cocoa and roll into balls. Roll in cocoa. |
