Ingredients

  • ½ stick butter
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 can cr. of chicken soup
  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • crushed potato chips

Directions

Mix together butter, sour cream and soup. Add potatoes, onion and cheese. Bake in 9x13 greased pan at 375° for one hour. The last half hour add crushed potato chips.
