Ingredients
- ½ stick butter
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 can cr. of chicken soup
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 1 cup diced onions
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- crushed potato chips
Directions
Mix together butter, sour cream and soup. Add potatoes, onion and cheese. Bake in 9x13 greased pan at 375° for one hour. The last half hour add crushed potato chips. |
