Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 8 ounces water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup red onion chopped
- ¾ cup mayonnaise, reduced fat
- ¾ cup plain yogurt, fat free
- 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Directions
In large bowl, combine the broccoli, water chestnuts, cranberries and onion. In a small bowl, whisk the mayo, yogurt, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over salad; toss to coast. Chill until ready to serve. |
