Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces water chestnuts, sliced and drained
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup red onion chopped
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise, reduced fat
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt, fat free
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper

Directions

In large bowl, combine the broccoli, water chestnuts, cranberries and onion. In a small bowl, whisk the mayo, yogurt, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over salad; toss to coast. Chill until ready to serve.
