Ingredients

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 16 oz frozen white bread dough, each-thawed
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons milk, add 1 teas at a time

Directions

Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Grease a 13x9 pan. Roll each loaf of dough into a 12x8 rectangle, stopping occasionally to let dough relax. Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with brown sugar mixture.
Start from the short side, roll up each piece of dough. Pinch the seams closed. Slice each rectangle into 8 equal pieces. Arrange in pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place, approximately one hour. (double in size)
Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes. If needed, cover with foil in the last 10 minutes to prevent over browning. Cool and frost with the remaining ingredients.
