Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • cup butter flavored shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 16 2 cups Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
  • 3 1.75 EA Mounds Bars, chilled and chopped
  • 1-2 cups chocolate chips

Directions

Beat butter and shortening at medium speed. Gradually add sugars, beat until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until blended.
Combine flour, cocoa, salt and soda, gradually add to mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill 30 minutes.
Drop by 1/4 cupfuls, 2 inches apart on a parchment paper cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes.
Cool completely on wire racks.
