Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seed

Directions

Cook bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Save 1/4 cup of the bacon grease and return to skillet. Add all ingredients except the cabbage and caraway. Cook until blended well. Add cabbage and caraway and heat through.
