Ingredients
- 1 package celery , sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup bean sprouts, drained
- 4 ounces canned mushroom pieces, drained
- 7 ounces sliced waterchestnuts, drained
- 2 cups cooked and diced chicken
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
- 10 ounces chicken broth
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- hot rice
- chow mein noodles
Directions
1. In a large pot, saute celery and onion in the oil for approximately 5-8 minutes. Add bean sprouts, mushrooms, water chestnuts, and chicken. |
2. Mix in a large bowl, cornstarch and water until blended. Add the broth and soy sauce. Add to mixture in large pot. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice and chow mein noodles. |
