Ingredients
- 2 cups 1/2 and 1/2
- 2 egg yolk, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 ½ cups semi sweet choc chips, (20 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons Amaretto
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- pinch salt
- 1 cup sweetened whip cream
- chocolate shavings
Directions
1. Combine 1/2 and 1/2, yolks and sugar in heavy pan, cook over medium heat 12 minutes or until 160°, stirring constantly. Add chips, Amaretto, vanilla and salt. Stir until smooth. |
2. Spoon into red champagne glasses and chill at least 4 hours. To serve, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. |
