Ingredients

  • 1 baked pie crust
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • whip cream

Directions

Beat butter and sugar in a stand mixer on medium for 15 minutes. Add chocolate and vanilla. Beat briefly. Add 2 eggs and beat 5 minutes. Add remaining eggs and beat 5 minutes. Pour into crust. Chill overnight, covered. Serve with whipped cream.
