Ingredients
- 1 baked pie crust
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- whip cream
Directions
Beat butter and sugar in a stand mixer on medium for 15 minutes. Add chocolate and vanilla. Beat briefly. Add 2 eggs and beat 5 minutes. Add remaining eggs and beat 5 minutes. Pour into crust. Chill overnight, covered. Serve with whipped cream. |
