Ingredients
- 8 ounces whole wheat spaghetti noodles
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic-minced
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces skinless boneless chicken breast, cut in bite size pieces
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice-fresh
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in the butter and oil until garlic is tender. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken, add to skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes, lemon juice and parsley. Serve over noodles. |
