Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • ¼ cup herbed de Provence
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 3.5-4 whole chicken, pound

Directions

Mix first four ingredients together and rub on the entire chicken, a bit inside as well. Bake or cook as desired.
