Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. With a fork, mash the salt and garlic until it forms a paste. When done put in processor along with the remaining ingredients. Pulse until well blended. Season with freshly ground pepper.
2. Instead of topping the salad with fresh Parmesan cheese. Grate Parmesan cheese into a small patty. Boil until golden brown and serve on top of the salad.
