Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons anchovy paste
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. With a fork, mash the salt and garlic until it forms a paste. When done put in processor along with the remaining ingredients. Pulse until well blended. Season with freshly ground pepper. |
2. Instead of topping the salad with fresh Parmesan cheese. Grate Parmesan cheese into a small patty. Boil until golden brown and serve on top of the salad. |
